Shipping policy
Order Processing & Shipping
Orders are typically processed within 1–10 business days. Most orders will ship within 5 business days after payment is authorized and verified. Please note that weekends and holidays are not included in the processing time.
There are no cancellations. All orders are shipped via UPS or USPS, and a tracking number will be sent to the customer upon shipment. We are not responsible for any packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed by the postal service. For orders containing multiple items, separate shipments may be made.
Duties and Tariffs
Please note that we are not responsible for any customs duties, tariffs, or import fees that may be charged upon delivery. These charges are determined by your country’s customs office and must be paid by the customer.
Failure to pay these fees will result in the package being returned to us. Returned packages due to unpaid duties are not eligible for a refund.
